The Spire Program is designed to honor moving companies in the Bekins Van Lines network that set new customer service benchmarks and baselines. A comprehensive process is used to rate moving companies that deliver exceptional customer service.
Customer feedback, along with other service excellence performance metrics, are used to determine the rating scores of companies to help determine those companies whose service and quality are a cut above the rest.
