It was amazing how quickly the boxes were loaded from our apartment into your truck. After our boxes were already at your warehouse, I realized that I had packed my passport; and I had only two weeks until I left for Italy. You helped us find a new shipping method so we could get our boxes quicker. You also helped us find movers to carry our boxes up to our 3rd floor apartment in Somerville.
